When you place an order through Fun-Fairies website, a payment will be made through Paypal. After payment has gone through please ensure that you click back onto our site to secure your purchase. All transactions are protected by our secure server Paypal. Fun-Fairies will email to confirm the order.
Privacy
Fun-Fairies will do anything they can to maintain your privacy, especially when shopping on-line. Fun-Fairies will treat your information with the highest standard of safety, security and confidentiality. Fun-Fairies will not rent, share or sell any of your personal information.
Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery within the U.K. (even though we try to despatch on the same or next working day) We will notify you of delivery on receipt of order . We promise to do all we can to achieve delivery deadlines, we like others however can not give any guarantees. We can not hold responsibilities for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns Policy
If for what ever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase when your order arrives please notify us within 3 working days. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing the item is in the same condition as it was despatched.
Unfortunately, postage and packaging is non-refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
A free “Certificate Of Posting” can be obtained from the Post Office.

Postage & Packaging
All carriage charges are included in the price for UK mainland only, delivery to Ireland and off shore UK Islands please ask us for the price! Although we have the logistic capabilities to accommodate deliveries outside the UK Mainland, additional charges will be applied (but not without the permission of the customer). If you require a quotation before placing an order please feel free to call or email.
Packages will be sent out recorded delivery.
Please remember that you can choose the delivery address for your order. Fun-Fairies site makes it really easy to send a gift to a friend or a family member even receiving your product at work!
Our delivery packaging is not re-cycled or re-cyclable. We are looking into more eco-friendly packaging so if there are any comments or advice about this please feel free to email us.
